📧 Sending Reminder Emails (Simple Methods)

✅ Easy Method: Filter & Send (Recommended for Most Owners)

Open your tracker in Google Sheets or Excel
Filter by "Overall Status" - Click the filter icon, select "Expiring Soon" or "EXPIRED"
Copy the email addresses from the filtered list
Send a group email using your regular email (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)
Update "Last Reminder Sent" column with today's date

🤖 Advanced: Automated Email Reminders (Optional - For Tech-Savvy Owners)

This sets up automatic emails that send themselves. Only do this if you're comfortable with technology.
